Is there a way one of you fine gentleman might consider a project for 6.7 that would introduce a members only blog system into the board?? Something simple thats roughly based on live journal?

I've done something similar by using a seperate category and giving trusted members a forum so that only they could start topics in. Content Islands could be used to show their new topics around the rest of the site as well. Works pretty well

But it is possible to add a new handler that just directs to that particular forum and/or topic. Like ultimatebb.cgi?blog=Allen and that blog handler can check if there is a forum marked as "blog" and if there is a topic in it for "Allen"... Implementation is up to you
